We want you to know what happens before you commit. These website details do not replace the written quote and service agreement for your installation.

An inquiry is not a reservation

Submitting a form lets us review your space, preferences and requested date. No payment is taken by the inquiry form. Your date is not reserved until Twinkle & Co. provides written confirmation.

Pricing and approval

Fall package selections show the package and any extras you choose. Applicable travel or additional installation charges are confirmed after we review your address and photos. Christmas decorating is quoted individually. We confirm the scope and total with you before booking.

Payment, cancellation and rescheduling

Any deposit, balance due date, cancellation or refund conditions, rescheduling arrangements, and removal service will be stated in your written quote or service agreement before you pay. If anything is unclear, ask us before accepting the quote. This website does not establish a blanket nonrefundable-deposit policy.

Decor and your home

Tell us about stairs, access restrictions, fragile surfaces, and whether you want to use your own Christmas decorations. Our work does not include roof work or installing lights on houses. Decorations are limited to a maximum height of 12 feet, subject to a safe setup and the agreed scope.

Website inspiration images are not a promise of an identical arrangement. We review your space and design with you. Fall removal is an optional paid add-on, not included unless selected and confirmed.
